I used a beautiful frame from Spellbinders S5-415 Ornamental Valance. I cut die it twice, from gold and blue paper. I glued them together and slightly offset.
In the middle, I put the sentiment that I printed on a white paper. Decorative elements come from Spellbinders S4-1016 Candlewick Canopy. In the end, I added a grey bow.
