Amazing Paper Grace April Die of the Month Blog Hop – Dahlia Dimensional Doily

This month is coming up all flowers! We turned spring up a notch and have more "unique" blooming flowers for you to try. Today I'm introducing a set of dimensional flowers in the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the month for April 2021, Dahlia Dimensional Doily.

Dies were furnished to Creative Team Members by Becca Feeken of Amazing Paper Grace.

Three new flowers. We are showcasing three new flowers! Easy, easier, easiest. Easy - Dahlia Dimensional Doily is a flower made with round disks that link together to form the base and the petals. Built on the same concept as dimensional doilies, this representation of flowers creates a focal element that has some height. Easier - One round piece in the set, with eight cut and folded circles combines to make a familiar round dimensional flower. Easiest - Sweet spiral flowers with a score line that lets you fold over and shape the spiral. Oh, and don't forget a background that when cut twice gives you a full A2 Background.

All together the background and flowers create a sweet, layered dimensional finished card that can be made for an A2 or an A7 card base!

There are 11 dies included in the Dahlia Dimensional Doily.

My Project Today using Dahlia Dimensional Doily.

My first card is made with a decorative rectangle element. I die-cut gold and white elements twice. Then I glued them together slightly offset. Using a bigger rose die, I created four roses. Each of them I inked before turning. My roses are decorated with coordinating leaves.

My second card is completely different. I created a folded dahlia. I used purple paper to create petals and then I put white die cuts into each of them. Additionally, I added a gold Doily Lace insert.

Tulip Trio from Amazing Paper Grace

Hello, my friends!
I'm so happy to be able to share with you my new birthday card. Firstly, I was supposed to use another die for this background but finally, I decided to use Tulip Trio from Stained Glass Bouquet Collection. This amazing set includes a square die, a circle die, and a decorative element.

I adhered decorative elements directly to the background and then I put the square die-cut. I added 3D tape to make a dimension.
To create the background I use watercolor paper and watercolor paints. I recommended an amazing set JD-042 Watercolors Set Brights ArtEssentials by Jane Davenport

I stamped the sentiment "It's your birthdays" from SDS-166 All Occasion Sentiments Stamp and Die Set. I used clear ink and then a white opaque embossing powder.

I hope you like this card

Thank you for stopping by and have a nice day.

Radiant Oval | Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace

Hello everyone,
A week ago our Design Team had an Intro Blog presenting a new "Stained Glass Bouquet" Collection from Amazing Paper Grace. Today I'm sharing a card featuring a beautiful set of dies S5-448 Radiant Oval

I used two inks and blended them on the paper. Then I die cut flowers' outline and white inserts.  For the oval, I used only the "Oasis" colour. I really like it.

I stamped the sentiment "Life is a Beautiful Ride" from STP-025 Make a Scene Sentiments Clear Stamp Set. I used a white opaque powder and embossed it.

I used 3D tape under my flowers and oval to make some dimensions.
