Elegant Twist Oval by Becca Feeken | Simple card

Hello friends! Today I have one simple card to share. 

It's been long since I wanted to create something simple. I love this kind of cards but during creating I always have an impression that my card is too simple :)

But it is said that the less the better.

Firstly, I've printed beautiful watercolour flowers twice. One for background and another for my oval die cut from Elegant Twist Oval by Becca Feeken I cut a large outer rim with a pattern from a white paper. The medium oval has been cut from printed paper and matched to the background.

I foiled a sentiment "You are on my mind" from Border and Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plates designed by Becca Feeken. This set includes two five-inch braided borders and seven phrases: I’m here for you always; I care!; Hello, Lovely!; You are on my mind; You’ve got this!; I will never forget; your kindness.

To add some cuteness I embellished my card with handmade flowers. I used amazing little dies from Candlewick Pocket.

Summer card

Happy Monday Friends!

Today I have a card to share featuring the Spellbinders new Collection designed by Becca Feeken. 

This Collection is called the Elegant Twist and it contains 6 sets of dies.

For this card, I used outer rim and pattern together from the large square and the same combination with a  medium square. 

To create a sentiment I foiled one "You are on my mind". This comes from Borders and Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plates from the Elegant Twist Collection by Becca Feeken. On the picture, it seems silver but in reality, the colour is changing depending on what angle you look at it.

I embellished my card with handmade flowers (APG June Die of the Month) and leaves

Pink Christmas

Hi, my friends!

Today I'd like to share with you with my new card in my favourite Christmas colours.

I love Holiday cards in pastels blue and pink and this time my card is pink.

I used Christmas Damask Jubilee Glimmer Hot Foil Plate Glistening Holiday Glimmer by Becca Feeken and Glimmer Hot Foil - Prism. 

It has an amazing effect, at different angles foils has a different colour.

  Flowers are made from a white foamiran and coloured with soft pastels.

Hello,

I'd like to show you my new card.

I took a mint paper and die cut flourish pattern without two outer rims. I did it on both sides of my card - up and down. Beneath this paper, I offset a little the same gold design.

I decorated my card with Foil Flowers Glorious Glimmer.

I used one square plate from Crowned Rimmed Squares Glimmer to decorated one element with gold foil.

Royal Flourish Inspiration

 Hello there! I'm excited to show you my new inspiration for Amazing Paper Grace.

The card's size is 5x7. 
I used The Contessa's Seal Panel Glimmer Hot Foil Plate from Royal Flourish Collection by Becca Feeken and Glimmer Hot Foil Roll –Gold to foil the design on my cream paper.

I used the 'Thinking of You' die cuts from  Layered Thinking of You Woodland Scene and slightly offset them.

To embellish my card I added some flowers.

Introducing Royal Flourish | Card and Box Ensembles

Glimmeristas, I hope you are ready for more Glimmer Fun!!!  We have a new mini collection we are introducing today called Royal Flourish. With two card fronts as well as an oval border shape and square border shape - we'll have some stash-worthy things for you to look at. We thought it would be fun to make a card and a matching box using some of our favorite die sets and the new Royal Flourish Glimmer Plates.  It's easy to do and is a show stopper when we need to give a gift.

Inspiration for Royal Flourish

Have you ever noticed during period dramas like Game of Thrones that the Royalty each have their own insignia and way of writing? It's so cool and really fascinating that these things mattered to them.  There was actually a lot of thought and flair behind the written word.   It’s really no different today; we all have our own flourishes of style that we lay down to call things our own.  It was this spirit of honing a style that Becca said provided the inspiration for Royal Flourish.  Glimmer is such a lovely way to add rich detail and embellishment!

We've been especially loving using borders with glimmer.  For this collection, Becca created two border sets that you can cut with Hemstitch Squares and Hemstitch Ovals.   Card fronts that can take a sentiment seem to be the favorite, so happily there are two details plates that will make lovely frames to your favorite sentiments.

My Project For Today: 

I'm happy to introduce GLP-125 - Royal Flourish Glimmer by Becca Feeken Imperial Adorned Ovals Foil Plate.

I prepared a gift box for today. In contrast to my previous projects, this one is black.
Firstly, I made a frame from matt black paper. I used the S4-981 Shadowbox Frame with 1" Border from the Shadowbox Collection. To add a little subtlety, I used a gloss, black Glimmer Hot Foil only on the front of the frame.
Next, to create the cover of my gift box,  I took two pieces of thick chipboard and cut them to have a back and front side.
I covered the outside with black paper and the inside with gold matt.

I decorated the outside of the box with black oval elements with gold Glimmer Hot Foil. I used the plates that I'm introducing today. The sentiment is from Elegant Occasion Sentiment Glorious Glimmer Hot Foil.
To finish my project, I put a gold ribbon to complete the decoration of the box.

My second project: a card.

I made a card using the same plates GLP-125 - Royal Flourish Glimmer by Becca Feeken Imperial Adorned Ovals Foil Plate. and the sentiments "Happy Birthday" from Elegant Occasion Sentiment Glorious Glimmer Hot Foil

Shadowbox Frame - With Sympathy

Hello there,

Today I'm going to show you how wonderful The Shadowbox Collection is. 

Instead of making an ordinary card I have prepared a 3D frame.

To create it I've used Shadowbox Frame with 3/4" border. 

At first sight, the die seems a little complicated but it is really easy to use. 

HERE you can see step by step how easy it is.

Filigree Shadowbox Easel and Pocket Etched Dies were used and put on the left and right side of the frame. 

I've used them as well to create an easel.

I decorated my card with handmade flowers from Cinch and Go IV.
I added a sentiment using Elegant Occasion Sentiments Glorious Glimmer Hot Foil
and Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Gold.
